Terms of Service

Effective as of 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of legal support for listings, disclosures, and agent workflows by Listing Counsel.

1. Scope of Services

Listing Counsel provides professional support for regulatory filings, corporate disclosures, and agent workflow optimization. These Terms apply to all engagements, purchases of digital materials, and orders of tangible deliverables offered through our site.

2. Legal Support Services

Our core offering comprises tailored advisory work, document preparation, review sessions, and ongoing guidance related to property or corporate listings and agent processes. The service fees are specified in individual engagement letters or service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due prior to commencement.

3. Digital Information Products

Listing Counsel offers downloadable guides, templates, and training modules. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment. These materials are for personal or internal business use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

4. Physical Goods

We may supply branded manuals, printed checklists, or other tangible items. Delivery timelines and shipping charges are detailed at the point of sale.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated based on the type of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within thirty days via the original payment method.

5.1 Legal Support Services

Clients may request a refund within seven days of the service agreement date before any work begins. Once research, drafting, or consultation has started, the service is deemed rendered and no refund will be issued. Clients may reschedule scheduled sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to Listing Counsel’s availability.

5.2 Digital Information Products

If the digital file has not been downloaded or accessed, clients may cancel within five days of purchase for a full refund. After access is granted, no refund will be provided given the immediate delivery of content.

5.3 Physical Goods

Customers may ship the item back in its original condition within fourteen days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping expenses. Listing Counsel will inspect the shipment and process the refund upon approval.

6. Service Transfers

Clients may request assignment of a service engagement to another individual or entity by submitting details at least ten days before the scheduled start date. Approval is at Listing Counsel’s discretion and any change may be subject to an administrative fee to cover adjustment costs.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain expedited or bespoke services, such as same-day filings or live workshop facilitation, require significant resource allocation and are nonrefundable once confirmed. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and efficient allocation of our professional team.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Doha.
